The MotoTec Electric Powered Trike aka Personal Transporter is a three-wheel electric scooter that you can ride while sitting or standing, this makes it very convenient for use at events, security, and warehouse floor operations, or for just plain fun! It's like a three-wheel Segway but at a fraction of the price! Powered by an 800-watt front wheel hub motor with speeds up to 25 miles per hour. It can achieve a 15-20 mile range on a full charge. It features a 16" pneumatic front tire, two 12" pneumatic rear tires, a removable seat, and a removable battery pack. This personal transporter is easy-to-operate with a twist throttle and dual rear brakes with left handle mounted brake lever with parking brake lock. Comes standard with a key, battery meter light, front LED headlight, and carrying basket.

MotoTec USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If the conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be the buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without the invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition, and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to the issuance of any refund or credit.
Damaged / Defective Items:
MotoTec USA will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Shipping of warranty parts is only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, MotoTec USA, at its discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped by LTL Freight, the damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at the time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving, otherwise, the claim will be denied.
MotoTec USA products are guaranteed to be a quality merchandise. Many products carry a Manufacturer's warranty. MotoTec USA will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify MotoTec USA immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at the buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if a defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse, or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested. *Any used product offered by MotoTec USA (wheels, or any other parts) is not included in these policies unless otherwise noted.
Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures:
Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed picture, usually due to product improvements over time. MotoTec USA is not responsible for original or return shipping fees should the specs or picture be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.
Some products sold by MotoTec USA may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state, and local laws. How will I know my order is confirmed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders
In the event, you have made a custom or made-to-order product cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units, are custom-made to your specification or created once your order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Home Power Direct's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
